we do NOT charge a listing fee however the animals must pass an audition process before we sign them with our agency.

 

Dogs MUST be able to do basic obedience commands OFF-LEASH, away from home and in distracting situations. (this includes, but is not limited to, sit/stay, down/stay, heel, recall, stand/stay) Our clients have an expectation of how the animals will perform and we will not send an animal on a job unless we are confident that it can accomplish the task(s) required of it for that particular shoot. Tricks are not required but are considered a bonus and certain behaviors such as holding an object (while staying) on command, speaking, going to a mark and going with talent on command will all increase your chances of getting work.

 

Cats    must be comfortable away from home and in distracting environments. They do not necessarily have to do commands but must not be spooked around strange people, cameras and equipment. Any training will GREATLY increases your chances of getting work. If you have a food motivated cat and can train it to come to a buzzer/clicker or teach it to sit and stay in one spot...we want you!

 

Other animals    if you have a talented or unusual animal that is not a cat or dog we would love to hear from you.

 

as a general rule we only list animals that reside in Arizona (possibly New Mexico)

 

A1 Animal Talent holds auditions every few months if you would like us to put you on an audition list please send an email labeled "contact for auditions" be sure to include your name, pet's name, type of pet and the best phone number(s)) to reach you. Please do not send pictures at this time...we will take them (or you can give them to us) if we accept your pet
